Management
John Castiglione: President and Co – founder
Mr. Castiglione brings sales, marketing, and management experience to ubroadcast in addition to an entrepreneurial background. He has helped launch new product marketing campaigns for companies such as Fujitsu, Starbucks Inc., ICG Communications, and Qwest. Mr. Castiglione was a successful part in bringing Starbucks, Inc. “In Store” experience to Sony Entertainment, Paramount, MTV Networks and others as a part of the companies “Specialty Sales” division. He was also part of the team that launched VoIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) solutions in the USA for Fujitsu Inc. Prior to ubroadcast, he co-founded one of the first publicly traded VoIP companies in the USA. He has an extensive background in marketing Internet applications, web and graphic design, ecommerce, and is well versed in IP as well as traditional switched network telecommunications products. He attended San Diego State University where he studied Business as well as Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
Jason Sunstein: Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Co – founder
Mr. Sunstein brings finance, mergers and acquisitions and general management experience to ubroadcast. Since 1989, he has participated in a broad variety of both domestic and international structured investments and financings, ranging from debt and preferred stock to equity and developmental capital across a wide variety of infrastructure and corporate financings. He has been involved in numerous start-ups, turnarounds and public companies. Prior to ubroadcast, Mr. Sunstein co-founded one of the first publicly traded VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) companies in the USA. Mr. Sunstein is also a member of the Advisory Board for the National Nutrition Reform, a non-profit organization in San Diego, California. He attended San Diego State University where he majored in Finance.
David Loflin: Vice President and Director
Mr. Loflin has, since June 2003, served as an executive officer and a director of ubroadcast. From June 2003 to January 2009, Mr. Loflin served as the company’s president. In January 2009, Mr. Loflin became an executive vice president. He has an entrepreneurial background and numerous years of experience in working with both public and private companies, as well as experience in startup ventures. He has served as senior management, advisor and board member to both OTC Bulletin Board and American Stock exchange companies with experience in television, wireless, gamming and web based ventures.
Advisors
William C. Attinger, Strategic Advisor
Mr. Attinger currently serves as an Advisor to ubroadcast. He has with more than 17 years of entrepreneurial experience and particular expertise in building online service provider businesses. Attinger has founded or advised dozens of startup companies, leading many through venture funding cycles and establishing operational discipline to emerge from startup to fully operational phases. Mr. Attinger has worked with two Southern California private equity firms, served as COO for an internet anti-piracy and market intelligence provider and worked for Morgan Stanley as an investment banker in New York and San Francisco. He also served as Chief Operating Officer for Soapbox Mobile Inc.
Randy Rovegno, Strategic Advisor
With over a decade of history working in creative marketing and sales, Mr. Rovegno has a wealth of both consumer and trade experience including a portfolio of award-winning promotions, brand management, collateral materials, product development, network/product launches and events with both B2B and consumer campaigns. In his previous position with Fox Cable Networks, Randy served in a variety of roles including brand point for Fox Sports Net (FSN), Speed Channel, and Fuel TV, while also overseeing multiple affiliate promotions. Randy’s list of achievements includes seven (7) MARK awards, numerous Pro Max nods, ADDY awards, and others.
Ray Garcia, Strategic Advisor
Mr. Garcia created live sports radio and leading sports podcast network, TPSRadio.net (The People's Sports Radio Network) in 2005 and comedy/talk network TPXRadio.com in 2006. Shows that were discovered by TPSRadio and TPXRadio include Lunatic Radio, Pro Bodybuilding Weekly and Talking Boxing. Several shows from both networks have gone on to sign contracts with satellite and terrestrial radio. Ray Garcia has also hosted several radio shows including Hitting To All Fields, Sports Buffet, TPSRadio Tonight and Blues Revue. Trained at Stanford University's radio program, Ray Garcia is also a Logistics Manager for eBay.com and has worked in the internet operations field for 7 years.
